The hotel was conveniently located and clean. It had great facilities including free parking and a good breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. I could easily walk to the main town centre and the tourist office.

The hotel offers a good breakfast and has free wifi, which is a plus. it has plenty of car parking space. The location is not too far from the centre, and there are nearby supermarkets for any necessary purchases.

Great Easter weekend, excellent food and lovely staff. We loved the free parking and the quietness of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Plus, the location was ideal with many nearby attractions and beautiful scenery.

Our reservation was lost, and we had to argue to get a room at the agreed price. The receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful during this time, which was a huge letdown.

I made the most of my stay by enjoying the al fresco dining on the terrace and discovering the historic underground tunnels. The food made with Provins roses was a unique culinary experience.

This hotel is located within walking distance to the main town centre, making it a great location for those who want to explore. The rooms are functional and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Breakfast is fine and there is plenty of car parking on site. The free Wi-Fi is a nice touch and there are some great views in and around the hotel.

One area that could be improved is the lack of English-speaking staff, which can make communication difficult at times.

Stayed at an Ibis near an old town, with easy access to the bypass. Quiet, leafy environment. Comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent bathroom. No air conditioning but provided fan and shaded by trees. Good breakfast. Outstanding staff provided helpful and considerate service. Able to arrange additional night and booked a taxi for next destination. Close to tourist office and walking distance to old town. Some staff spoke English and were helpful. Free parking.
